Care Touch was founded by Lucileni (Lu), a dedicated cleaning professional who started her career over a decade ago with a single vacuum and a commitment to doing things right. What began as one-person jobs for neighbors in Silver Spring quickly grew through word-of-mouth recommendations into a full-service cleaning business serving the entire DMV area.
Lu's hands-on approach sets Care Touch apart. She personally trains every team member, conducts quality checks, and maintains direct communication with clients via text and WhatsApp. Her clients often describe her as communicative, reliable, and detail-oriented — qualities that have kept some families coming back for over 10 years.
