1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using the cleaning services provided by Care Touch Cleaning Services | House & Office Cleaning — Silver Spring, MD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Care Touch Cleaning Services | House & Office Cleaning — Silver Spring, MD provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Silver Spring, MD area, including but not limited to: house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and recurring cleaning plans. Service details are discussed and agreed upon prior to each engagement.
3. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are made via text message (SMS) or WhatsApp at (240) 643-0808. We will confirm your appointment, including date, time, and service details, via the same communication channel. Appointments are subject to availability.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided as a free, no-obligation quote based on the size of your space and the scope of cleaning requested. Final pricing is agreed upon before the service begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and major payment apps.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations may incur the full cost of the scheduled service.
6. Access to Your Property
You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe and reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or having someone present to let us in. If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
7. Insurance & Liability
Care Touch Cleaning Services | House & Office Cleaning — Silver Spring, MD is fully insured through Liberty Mutual. Our insurance covers general liability for any accidental damage to your property during the course of our cleaning services. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours so we can file a claim and resolve the matter promptly.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation of fixtures, or fragile items that are not pointed out before service begins.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a free re-clean of the areas in question at no additional cost.
9. Personal Belongings
We ask that you secure valuables, jewelry, cash, and important documents before our team arrives. While our team members are trusted professionals, Care Touch Cleaning Services | House & Office Cleaning — Silver Spring, MD is not responsible for the loss of unsecured personal items.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, address, phone number) is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you. 11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
